Website Packages ยท New Hampshire

Website packages built for New Hampshire businesses.

Three fixed-scope packages, one honest way of pricing: you know the number before we start, and it's dramatically lower than a typical agency quote.

The short version

Pick the scope. Get one fixed number.

Most website pricing in New Hampshire is either a mystery (agencies that quote after three discovery calls) or a treadmill (builders that bill monthly forever). We do it differently: three clearly-scoped packages, each quoted as a single fixed number before any work begins. No retainers you don't need, no surprise line items, no charging twice for the same work.

Every package, including the smallest, ships with the things we refuse to build without: custom design, hand-built code, fast load times, and the local SEO and Answer Engine Optimization structure that gets a business found.

What does a website cost in New Hampshire?

Typical NH agency builds run well into five figures; DIY builders are cheap but generic and hard to find in search. Black Buoy prices each package on a fixed, transparent scope at rates dramatically below typical agency pricing. Email sales@blackbuoy.net and you'll have an exact number, usually within one business day.

Why isn't there a price list on this page?

Because no two businesses need the same site, and a one-size number would be padded to cover the difference. Scoping first is how the quote stays honest, and how it stays fixed once you have it.

Three ways to launch

The packages.

Same craftsmanship at every size. The difference is scope, not quality.

The Starter

One to three pages for a new business or a simple refresh: who you are, what you do, how to reach you. Custom design, hand-built code, mobile-first, schema markup, and launch setup included.

Best for: new businesses, trades, and anyone replacing an outdated one-pager.

The Standard

Five to seven pages covering everything a local business needs: services, FAQ and answer content, per-page local SEO, and Answer Engine Optimization throughout. Our most popular scope.

Best for: established local businesses that live on search: restaurants, shops, offices, and services.

The Flagship

Full custom, scoped to the business: larger sites, bookings, menus, online ordering, content migration from an old site, and performance tuning to the highest scores modern tools can measure.

Best for: businesses where the website is the storefront, and rebuilds with lots of content to carry over.

Every package is quoted as one fixed number before work begins, and after launch an optional site care plan covers hosting, updates, security, and content changes: ongoing website maintenance handled by the founders who built the site.

The floor, not the ceiling

What every package includes.

These aren't upsells. They're the baseline we build to, because a site missing any of them isn't finished.

  • Custom design, hand-built code

Designed for your business and coded by the founders. No templates, no page builders, no plugins to break.

  • Local SEO & AEO built in

Schema markup, answer-first content, and real FAQ pages, so search engines and answer-driven tools surface and cite you.

  • Fast on every phone

Most local searches happen on a phone, so every package is built mobile-first and tuned for excellent Core Web Vitals.

  • Launch, handled

Domain, hosting, email routing, and analytics set up for you, with plain-English documentation and the keys in your hands.

Plain answers

Questions about packages and pricing.

The same answers we give owners across the table: no jargon, no hand-waving.

How do I find out my exact price?

Tell us what you do and roughly what you need at sales@blackbuoy.net or through the inquiry form. You'll usually have a fixed number within one business day, and it doesn't change once we agree on scope.

Should I just use Wix or Squarespace instead?

DIY builders are cheap up front, but the fees run forever, the templates look like everyone else, and the results are rarely structured to rank in local search or get cited by answer-driven tools. A hand-built Starter costs more once, is owned outright, and is engineered to be found. If your customers come from search, that difference pays for itself.

Do packages include hosting and maintenance?

Launch setup (domain, hosting, email, analytics) is included in every package. Ongoing website maintenance is the optional site care plan: hosting management, updates, security, and content changes after launch.

Can I start small and upgrade later?

Yes. The Starter is built on the same hand-coded foundations as the bigger packages, so growing into a Standard or Flagship later means adding pages and features, not starting over.

Where do you build, and can we meet?

We're headquartered in downtown Dover and build for businesses across New Hampshire, including Portsmouth and Rochester. Seacoast clients can meet us in person; everything also works remotely.

Ready for your number?

Tell us what you do and what you need. One short conversation, one fixed quote, zero pressure.
